John Archer Way and Year in Review

For our inaugural blog post and end of year review we have decided to showcase to you our newest instruction.

With 2017 on the horizon we would also like to share how we found 2016 and our predictions for the New Year..

John Archer Way, is a truly unique 3500 Sq Ft apartment, occupying the upper floors of this beautiful converted 18th Century Gothic building in the heart of Wandsworth.

The interior of this property has original aesthetic characteristics throughout, with an amazing feature fireplace focussed around the large open plan central living area and kitchen, flooded with natural light through the charming lattice windows.

The additional reception area is a grand mezzanine overlooking the 55' main reception. The Royal Victoria Patriotic Building, built in 1859, also features a resident only garden, an allocated parking space as well as a popular bar and restaurant within the complex.

The apartment boasts wonderful views of Wandsworth Common and Central London. Clapham Junction is the nearest Mainline Station with links to Waterloo, or Wandsworth Common mainline, there are numerous bus links and shops and restaurants nearby on St Johns Hill and Battersea Rise. To truly appreciate this unique and stylish property a viewing is a must!
